I've been doing a lot with Golden Circle Theory this year and really getting into it. I agree with your 3 points actually. To me the first 2 are about semantical clarification, and the 3rd is about being intentional with how to apply the theory. "Find Your Why" (the follow up book) was much more informative for me that "Start With Why" because it's focused on the practical discovery process and benefits. Are there other tools you've found to be more applicable in the UX/product design world? |
